Dion's Plumbing provided outstanding service in my water heater replacement. On 2/2 Sunday evening, I noticed my water heater leaking and knew I had to take immediate action. I called Dion's for the first time at 8am on 2/3 Monday morning and they showed up at 8:15am. Dion worked fast to source a new water heater and drove out to pick it up. In parallel, his team arrived to drain and remove the old water heater. The crew hustled to successfully replace the water heater that morning. The whole team acted very professional and were responsive to my questions. I can't imagine waiting around for another plumbing service as my more water flooded my basement. Dion's offered fair pricing and I can't thank them enough for taking the job immediately and working with a great sense of urgency. I highly recommend as my new neighborhood plumbing service !!!

Dion provides top-notch customer service. I had a plumbing issue and asked the neighborhood chat for plumber recommendations. Dion came highly recommended from several folks (and they couldn't have been more right). I left a message on Dion's voicemail and he called back within 10 minutes, saying he could get to me after his current job ended, and was at my house in 2 hours. He took a look at my issue and advised me that he could definitely fix it, but the water company should come out and fix it for free if I was okay waiting. He explained to me exactly what to tell the water company so they understood the severity of my situation. The water company came out that night but said they couldn't fix it until a few days later. Dion called me in the morning to ask how it went, and when I told him they put me at the bottom of the list, he advised me how to get them to come out sooner. Dion was responsive, honest, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service even though he didn't stand to make any money from me. If that is not the epitome of excellence, I don't know what is.

Within 16 hours of our water heater dying (and it died after dinner time!), Dion's had a new one installed. We received a response within 5 minutes of our initial call and an agreed upon time was set for the next morning. They were prompt, courteous, and thorough with a decent price (which was explained up front). They were respectful of our property and left everything clean. I highly recommend Dion's Plumbing & Heating.
